Come out to the farm for your next photography session!
 

Photography Session Rates

 

2 hours: $120

1 hour: $70

½ hour: $40

A staff member must be present for all photo sessions

 

Session rates are based on one photographic subject (i.e., one family, one couple, one individual). Thus, photographers wishing to book consecutive sessions with multiple photographic subjects will pay for each session (per family/couple/everyone).

 

Full payment is required to reserve your date and is refundable up to two weeks prior to the photography session. We will happily reschedule sessions for inclement weather.

During Your Photography Session

Rules & Guidelines

 

  • Remember the farm is also our home. It is private property and a working farm. Please be respectful of our property and do not damage any structures, equipment, or crops while trying to capture your perfect photo. Also be mindful and aware of your surroundings, including people, animals and vehicles.

  • Please park on the gravel near The Meat Shack. No vehicles will be allowed beyond our parking area without prior approval. Any equipment or props must be carried to the photography location. Therefore, we recommend that you bring a wagon to carry equipment and props.

  • Photographers must check in at The Meat Shack upon arrival and prior to entering the farm fields.

  • A signed Release of Liability agreement is required upon check-in at the farm prior to sessions starting. Everyone attending the session is required to complete this form.

  • Coastal Cattle, LLC assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.

  • Proper attire must always be worn during all photo shoots. We cannot accommodate boudoir photography sessions or any other risqué attire or photography.

  • There is a portable bathroom located at The Meat Shack that is available for use.

  • A staff member must be present for sessions that are in pastures with animals. We will be available to answer any questions and provide assistance as we are able. We will require immediate departure from the farm without a refund if any of our photography policies are violated.
