This manly steak is two steaks in one! Connected by a bone, one side is a Top Loin Steak (aka NY Strip) and the other side is a Filet. The Porterhouse comes from a rear cut in the loin section.
All our cuts are priced by the pound. Each cut is individually packaged, by weight, so there is usually only one of each weight available. When selecting an item you will typically need to add one item at a time to your cart. If there are more than one item of the same weight, you will be able to change the quantity prior to adding to the cart.
