Beef Bulk Packages

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON OUR WAITLIST WE WILL REACH OUT WHEN WE HAVE AVAILABILITY. IN THE MEAN TIME, YOU CAN SHOP AND STOCK UP WITH OUR MEAT FROM OUR RETAIL SHOP LOCATED ON OUR FARM. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU IN THE MEAT SHACK!
Choose one of our great options to stock up. The beef cuts and packaging are the same as we currently offer on an individual basis through our farm stores. When you purchase a whole, half or quarter "package" you will be receiving all the cuts we have available to us from our processor. By selling a "package" we provide transparent pricing, having all your fees added into one price, eliminate having to define hanging weight, farmers price per pound, the processors fees and packaging charges. Our packages are rounded off to an even weight, be assured you still receive all the cuts that are available, but we remove excess ground beef to round off the number, giving us uniform pricing. Each piece is hand cut and vacuum-sealed to preserve its freshness, which will last well over a year.
Quarter Package up to 100lbs $15/lb
Half Package up to 200lbs $15/lb
Whole Package up to 400lbs $15/lb

Double amounts for a WHOLE or half the amount for a QUARTER beef order
Steaks include: Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, Filet, Flank, Skirt, Chuck Eye Steak. (with option for Porterhouse and T-bone)
Roasts include: Chuck Roast, Eye of Round Roast, Rump Roast, Shoulder Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Tri-Tip, London Broil and Brisket
Other cuts include: Stew Meat, Ground beef (1 lb pks), Marrow Bone, Osso Bucco, Meaty Soup Bones, Ox tail, Liver and Organ meats.
